ABOUT ME

I want to know what to eat to promote physical and mental health. I want to know how to prepare and combine foods for maximazing their nutrient availability. 

I am someone who has experienced an eating disorder. I am someone who is interested in supporting sport performance, and last but not least, I am someone who cares about my health.

Offiacialy, I am

A registered dietitian with specialization for child and adult nutrition, a graduate of the master’s program Dietitian with specialization, and and bachelor’s program Dietitian at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University (LF MU) in Brno.

Currently, I am a Ph.D. student of Hygiene, preventive medicine and epidemiology in the Department of Public Health at LF MU within I deal with the topic of nutritional toxicology in an association with alternative eating. As part of my postgraduate studies I teach nutrition at LF MU and I do research on nutritional toxicology in alternative ways of eating.

Ph.D.Student

As a dietitian, I work in a nutrition office at the Institute of Lifelong Education of Mendel University in Brno. I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2017, more about my work experience on LinkedIn. I specialize in preventive nutrition, obesity and eating disorders. I have experience with nutritional counseling not only in these areas, but also in others such as sports nutrition for maximalization of performance and IBS.

There’s always something to learn

My knowledge is complemented by active self-study, reading books and scientific articles, providing own epxeriments, and participation in conferences and seminars.

Last but not least, I am an instructor of indoor-cycling and pilates and also active athlete – runner and cyclist.
