FIND FOOD

My goal is to recommend a diet based on quality foods. I believe that it is best to buy such foods that can be available especially from those who do their job honestly and with love.

In this section, I will provide tips and contacts for farmers who offer real foods (such as raw milk, free-range/pastured eggs, meat and meat products from grass-fed animals, etc.). I will taste these foods and evaluate with dietitian eyes. My main set goal is to get to know the farmer’s work closely – to see a pasture and feed composition of the animals from which the products come. I will verify information in the literature and consult with food experts before I come to a conclusion that these products are the result of truly high-quality and honest work – I can put my hand in the fire for these products.
