HOW TO MAKE SMOOTHIE

Smoothie can be a nutritious and refreshing snack or post workout meal. Do not make a caloric bomb rich of simple sugars. Use also protein ingredient and vegetable.

1. Choose ingredient from each food group

You can add ice cubes or water.

 

 

2. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender

3. Blend it!

Orange, banana, curd, flax seeds, baby spinach and water.
