TIP FOR BREAKFAST: PORRIDGE WITH CHIA SEEDS

Ingredients:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 10 g peanut butter

Directions:

Oat flakes, chia seeds and almond drink (cow’s milk is also appropriate) cook together until the oats are completely soft and soaked with milk.

Before you remove the pot , add the peanut butter (you can add other ingredients such as banana or dried apricots).

Decorate the porridge with nuts, cinnamon,  chocolate etc.
