TIP FOR BREAKFAST: BANANA RICE PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • rice arborio
  • lactose free milk
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
  • 85 % chocolate
  • a banana ( blend half of banana, cut the second half of banana for decorating )
  • 1 tea spoon of peanut butter

DIRECTIONS:

Rinse rice. Boil rice with lactose free milk. Then you remove the pot, add banana and mix it.

Rice porridge

Serve the rice porridge with the sliced banana and small pieces of chocolate. Who needs more energy, I recommend to add peanut butter.
