TIP FOR BREAKFAST: BUCKWHEAT CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

  • a mug of buckwheat flakes 
  • a banana
  • an egg 
  • a tea spoon of honney
  • cinnamon
  • lactose free sour cream 
  • fruit

DIRECTIONS:

Take your oven to heat up to 180°C. 

Blend banana. Mix it with buckwheat flakes, egg, honney and cinnamon.

Bake small cakes for 15 minutes in 180°C.

Eat them with sour cream and fruit.
