- a mug of buckwheat flakes
- a banana
- an egg
- a tea spoon of honney
- lactose free sour cream
Take your oven to heat up to 180°C.
Blend banana. Mix it with buckwheat flakes, egg, honney and cinnamon.
Bake small cakes for 15 minutes in 180°C.
Eat them with sour cream and fruit.
