TIP FOR BREAKFAST: BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE

IngredienTS (FOR 1 PERSON):

  • 60 g buckwheat
  • 20 g flaxseeds 
  • a tea spoon of sugar 
  • 1 banana
  • 2 soup spoons of peanut butter 
  • cinnamon for sprinkling 

DIRECTIONS:

Pour buckwheat and flaxseeds with hot water (200 ml). Sprinkle the porridge with sugar and cinnamon. Decorate it with peanut butter and sliced banana.
