TIP FOR BREAKFAST: FRESH YOGHURT FROM BLUEBERRIES AND BANANA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 yoghurt Skyr (140 g)
  • half of low-fat white yoghurt 
  • 2 fistful blueberries 
  • half of banana
  • 1 tea spoon of acai powder 1 lžička (not necessary)
  • 2 fistful Dobrá vláknina cereální Bona Vita (czech cereal product – source of fiber)
  • 1 tea spoon of choco nibs and coconut for decorating (depends on you ) 

DIRESTIONS:

Put fruits, yoghurt skyr, low-fat white yoghurt , acai powder into the mixer and blend it. If you use frozen fruits as me (yoghurt will be more fresh), wait for ten minutes than fruits melt – it is better for blending.

Eat it with cereals such as Dobrá vláknina cereální Bona Vita. 

Decorating depends on you.
