TIP FOR BREAKFAST: GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

The smoothie is refreshing. The flavor of celery can by too intensive, so use sweet fruit. Recipe and photo by Kristýna Maršalíková.

 

IngredienTS (FOR 1 PERSON):

  • 1 celery
  • half of green apple
  • small ripped banana
  • a big fistful of (baby) spinach

directions:

Mix all ingredients. Sprinkled with homemade banana granola, fresh banana (no added sugar) and almonds.
