TIP FOR DINNER: POMFRET FILLET WITH POTATO-PUMPKIN PUREE

INGREDIENTS:

  • pomfret fillet 
  • salt
  • lemon
  • butter
  • potatoes
  • pumpkin

DIRECTIONS:

 

Pomfret fillet is roasted with salt and butter.

Boil cutted  potatoes with pumpkin. Then mix them together.

Ingredients for salad are fennel, oranges and black olives.
