TIP FOR LUNCH: LEMON QUINOA WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES AND FETA CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

  • quinoa
  • carrot, pepper
  • feta cheese
  • lemon sauce
  • sea salt
  • coriander
  • chilli

DIRECTIONS:

It is not necessary to put a recipe here. Vegetable is roasted with olive oil, sea salt and feta cheese. You can use balkan cheese but do not salt the vegetables.  Quinoa is flavored with lemon sauce, coriander and chilli.
