TIP FOR SNACK: CELERY- CARROT SALAD

Ingredients:

  • celery 120 g
  • carrot 50 g
  • soured cream 12% 30 g
  • low-fat yoghurt 30 g
  • lemon juice, salt, pepper (for flavouring)
  • chicken ham 50 g
  • 1 hard-boilled egg

Directions:

Grate celery and carrot. Cut chicken ham and hard-boilled egg into small cubes. Put everything into the bowl and add low-fat yoghurt, soured cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix it together.
