Rye gingerbread mix is produced by Czech brand names SEMIX. Besides the expected quick preparation and scented kitchen, I hoped for a perfect composition of this product. Unfortunately, I was a little bit unhappy that sugar was already in the second place in the composition list, followed by glucose. I have to admit that it will show up on taste.
I used only half a pack of this mixture for baking (see photo), and I know that next time I use only a quarter of the pack that I fill with blended oatmeal to reduce the intense sweet taste.
You can eat this gingerbread for breakfast or snack in combination with protein food. What is protein in? For example, in milk (because you like your intestinal microbiome, use sour milk), in white yogurt or curd.
