HOMEMADE SPREAD

To make a spread, select one of the following categories: Dairy products, Legumes, or Root or other type of vegetables. Use cooked, sprouted or canned legumes (rinse well ). If you choose legumes or vegetables – blend or chop them.

Then, add salt, garlic, spices or fresh herbs, and add one of the category PROTEIN COMPONENT.
