Put 30 ml VitaFiber syrup into the dish, then place it in a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds. Add 1 scoop of protein powder (25 g).

Mix the powder into the syrup. It will not come together all the way. It will still be a very loose mixture and a lot of the powder will not be incorporated at all.

Place the mixture into a mini loaf mold, or shape by hand. You can really shape them any way you like.

Place it into the fridge for at least 30 minutes .
