The favourite breakfast in my family: Coconut rice porridge with fruit sauce from forest fruit and banana. I make coconut milk according to this recipe – I recommend you add more water or fluid consistency. IngredienTS (FOR 2 PERSONS):
- half a cup of rissoto rice
- a cup of home-made coconut milk
- half of banana
- pinch of salt
directions for RICE porridge:
Rice (not flushed), cutted banana and vanilla pour with coconut milk and mix it. Bring to boil and stir occasionally until the rice is soft and creamy. Add water as needed.
directions for FRUIT SAUCE:
The second half of the banana mix with frozen forest fruit, pour with a little water and steam until the fruit is soft. Then boil uncovered to evaporate excess liquid. If necessary, add a tea spoon of honey.
INGREDIENTS for SMOOTHIE (FOR TWO PERSONS):
Extract juice from 2 larger red beets. Then blend red beet juice with half orange and a little frozen raspberries.

The rice porridge is sugar free, gluten free and milk free. It is suitable for people with lactose intolerance, protein allergy for cows’ milk and celiacs disease and vegans.
